I love this bag!! The leather is nice and soft. The decorations are perfect to make it look cute. The phone pocket on the outside holds my note 8 with the Communer series Otterbox series on it. It sticks out about an inch which is ok for me. It has 3 pockets inside the bag. 1 convenient zipper on the front under the paw key chain. I love how u can change keychains and give ur purse a different look each time u do. I love the black and dark brown together. My purse is the perfect size for me. It may be big in size but its only .05inchDepth. The depth of the purse is perfect for my arm to sit just right on my bag. Im a mom so i always have to carry stuff. Its beautiful and holds alot. You can change the size of ur shoulder bag with the different holes (which is very comfortable on my shoulder, sits perfect) or make it a crossbody purse. I highly recommend this purse. I will be ordering more and i got my mom wanting chala purses to.UPDATEI've had my bag 7 months now and its still in perfect condition. I love my purse, everytime i decide to switch purses i just cant. Still my #1 brand.
