I love The Chala bags So cute and well designed . I absolutely love this bag... I love all the pockets, so roomy and detailed.. Everything about this bag was well thought out. Everything but the STRAP.. a thin cheap brown strap that really doesn't look like it goes with this bag. Even after using this for 2 months the strap isn't getting any softer and isn't comfortable on the shoulder.So I'll just find another strap because I love the bag.
